Elbow joint replacement

Partial elbow joint replacement, also known as hemiarthroplasty of the elbow, is a surgical procedure in which only a damaged part of the elbow joint, such as the radial head or distal humerus, is replaced with a prosthetic implant. This is done to restore joint function and relieve pain while preserving as much of the natural joint as possible.
