Osteoarthritis and inflammatory arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, can also affect the elbow. Pain and stiffness and swelling are the common symptoms. These conditions are uncommon and an x-ray and/or blood tests will usually provide the diagnosis.
Treatment in early arthritis can include arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery, but advanced cases may require joint replacement surgery (arthroplasty).
Our transparent pricing and bespoke packages allow you to pay for the treatments and services you need, when you need them.
