Knee cap stabilisation

Knee cap stabilisation is a surgical procedure or treatment aimed at correcting and preventing issues related to knee cap (patella) instability. Patellar instability occurs when the kneecap shifts out of its normal position, leading to pain, discomfort, or difficulty with movement. This condition often happens due to structural issues in the knee, such as weak muscles, misalignment, or injury, and it can result in conditions like patellar dislocation or patellar subluxation (partial dislocation).
