Golfer's elbow release (also known as medial epicondylitis release) is a surgical procedure aimed at treating chronic golfer’s elbow, a condition where the tendons on the inside of the elbow (the medial epicondyle) become irritated or inflamed, usually due to overuse or repetitive stress.
