Golfer's elbow release

Golfer's elbow release (also known as medial epicondylitis release) is a surgical procedure aimed at treating chronic golfer’s elbow, a condition where the tendons on the inside of the elbow (the medial epicondyle) become irritated or inflamed, usually due to overuse or repetitive stress. This condition is common in athletes, particularly golfers, but it can affect anyone involved in activities that require repetitive gripping or wrist movements.
