Aqua therapy

Aqua therapy is a gentle form of body and mind therapy performed in warm water. It combines joint mobilisation, stretching and relaxation into one combined treatment therapy. You are moved through the water in a continuous flow of different movements, while at all times being supported in a state of total body floatation. This therapy can be used for the physiological benefits of movement on joints, muscle and connective tissue and also for meditation and total body relaxation.
