St Joseph’s Hospital Introduces SO Coffee for Enhanced Patient Experience

Throughout the last few months, we have worked on enhancing the quality of our coffee and St Joseph’s Hospital is excited to announce the introduction of SO Coffee.  SO Coffee has brought a wealth of expertise and a commitment to premium products, helping us create a bespoke coffee service tailored to our patient’s needs.

We introduced a new coffee machine to our inpatient wards using SO Coffees Olympus house blend coffee and introduced the same beans to our Café. The blend of Peruvian and Ethiopian Arabica beans in Olympus creates a distinct chocolatey flavour profile that is highly enjoyable. The balanced nature of Olympus allows it to retain its rich chocolate aroma while still being able to cut through the milk, resulting in a delicious and satisfying hot drink experience.

The SO Coffee will offer a variety of speciality hot drink options, including latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate and Deaf coffees.  The installation is part of St Joseph’s ongoing efforts to create a more welcoming and patient-centred environment.
