Mr Kadambande is a Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon and Clinical Sub Specialist Lead for foot and ankle services in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. He has a vast experience in Orthopaedics and foot ankle surgery (surgical or non-surgical). His interest in paediatric and adult foot & ankle, facilitates a good understanding of the evolution, biomechanics, functional need that helps in planning surgical or non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions at various stages of life.
Mr Kadambande qualified in 1990 from the prestigious Grant Medical College in Mumbai and pursued his ambitions in orthopaedics, getting involved with supporting the government hospitals and various charities while pursuing postgraduate qualifications.
On completion of his postgraduate qualification, Mr Kadambande joined the All-Wales Higher Surgical training programme (Type 1). On its successful completion, he pursued a coveted PMETB recognised fellowship and has since been a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

Mr Kadambande maintains an active interest in research in foot and ankle surgery with numerous publications in reputed journals and presentations at National/International meetings which can be found on pubmed and internet searches. He also maintains an interest in undergraduate and postgraduate training and teaching. Mr Kadambande is also an examiner for Cardiff Medical School and postgraduate courses.

Mr Kadambande is a member of the British Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) and the British Society for Children's orthopaedic Surgery (BSCOS).
Outside professional work, Mr Kadambande is actively interested in sports especially hockey, table tennis and cricket.
Mr Kadambande is an avid fruit, vegetable grower and gardener who believes in sustainable living using green energy and recycling method.
Mr Kadambande is also a member of Glamorgan Bird Club and Royal Horticultural Society.
