The Cook is responsible for preparing nutritious high-quality meals for St Joe’s Café and also patients on our Ward, ensuring patients receive meals that are tailored to meet their dietary needs as indicated by our allergy awareness tool and guidance from clinical teams.

The Housekeeper is responsible for undertaking a range of housekeeping duties, which includes cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas around the Hospital site, disposing of clinical and non-clinical waste, dealing with clean and dirty laundry and making hospital beds, working with COSHH, re-stocking dispensers with consumables, and making up patient gift sets.
