After graduating from Cardiff University in 2015 with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy, I began my career within the NHS where I gained extensive experience across all the core areas of physiotherapy. During this time I also completed a foundation course in aquatic therapy, to enhance my skills in rehabilitating patients in the hydrotherapy pool.
In 2018, an ACL injury sustained whilst skiing prompted me to specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. I went on to work within a French Ski resort, treating acute ski-related injuries in addition to chronic conditions. On my return, I gained further experience working with NHS musculoskeletal outpatients, prior to joining the Physiotherapy team at St Joseph’s.
Shared decision making is important to me, and I take time to understand what it is that my clients want to achieve. I enjoy helping people along their journey to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Outside of work I love to be outdoors, whether that be walking, rock climbing, skiing or exploring in my campervan.
